When I say I like to tell stories, that means, of course that I like to write them too. I like to write my stories as evidenced by published essays, blogs, storytelling gigs, my solo show, etc. but I also like to write your story. I have done this in a few different ways. Maybe you’ll see what you’re looking for here. Maybe you won’t. If you don’t, please reach out and ask. I love to explore new opportunities.

Grant Writing:

I served as Executive Director of the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum for ten years. In that time I wrote dozens of proposals securing millions of dollars. I have experience with State, Federal and Foundation grants. With Fubble Entertainment, I’ve written grants to raise funds for Grand Rapids Community Theatre: The Documentary. I’ve written successful grants for other non-profits. I’ve served on the board and development committees of non-profits such as Grand Rapids Women’s Chorus, Rogue Theatre Company (Los Angeles), Women’s History Council, Michigan Museum Association, Actors’ Theatre.
